Subject: Retirement of duty personnel


Sir,

As per our previous agreements, a date has been set for the final schedual of active duty Team Members. Even with Sgt. Heart's retirement last year we are still at 100% coverage of all assigned territories. At this time, there have been no additional personel arriving nor are there any foreseen additions at this moment. But we both know that can change at any given moment.

Here are a list of my recommendations. Please read over and make any changes you feel necessary::

Sparx: I find no faults in any of his actions thus far.

Sapphire: She has shown vast improvement since the day she arrived at Hawk Haven. I recommend a Promotion.

Sundance: I recommend she be kept from Front line duty when possible.

MoonStryker: While he has the potential, he lacks the discipline needed to advance any further at this time. I hope that will one day change.

Condor: Is Condor. No words are needed.

Hotwing: Personal and professional recommendations - Promote to Field Leader, 2nd in Command overall.

Copper Kidd: Full upgrade and promotion to Pilot status.

Steelheart: I recommend she either go in for modification Upgrades, or perhaps even encouraged to seriously think about retirement in the near future

Bluegrass: I recommend he either go in for modification Upgrades, or perhaps even encouraged to seriously think about retirement in the near future.



As for the other matters we discussed, my date has been set, all paperwork has been taken care of. I shall be taking my last remaining Leave time before retirement. My departure date is set for Feb 10, 2869 late evening. I shall be attending Will and Zan's Official New Eden wedding as well as Will's Investiture as Duke of Huntington before returning to Earth and going through the De-Modification process.

Lieutenant:

Can't say I didn't see this day coming. You have done far more than your share over the years, under stressors that would break a lesser man, and yet you managed to come back just a little stronger each time. I'm proud of you, son.

Consider all of your recommendations accepted. We will schedule an assembly for the various promotions to take place on or before the date you intend to leave. I suggest informing Hotwing privately of his impending advancement and show him how various paperwork etc is carried out.

Good luck in the future, and don't forget to let an old man know how you're doing.
