 Stimulation Budget
Ok I am doing a report on Bushes new Stimulation plan and mayby you can help. I need to find out ALL the information both good and bad, Pro's and Con's about the new Tax stimulation plan.

mainly on the parts of the the new bussiness start up and the Cap-gains cuts

I cant seem to fine the exact outline of the plain its self

Did you try thr IRS site? I know it can be difficult to get around. I also use this site when I need info.
