Sorry UofI didn't work out for you. They kicked rear there for awhile but haven't been so hot lately. Sure wish K-State had got a ten for ten series going there in the mid nineties.

I think I told you my sister lives in Champaine. (sp.) I've been there a couple times. Great campus. My other sister lived in St. Louis for awhile. Fantastic city. She lived on the Italian hill. (damn KU hippy) I ate a lot of great food during those years. You said a few years ago one of the restaurants burned down but that one was still up and going. One time we couldn't get a reservation until after 11 at night! The place was hopping!!!!

I loved the lillypads at an art museaum? natural history museum? Long slender pool. 3-5 foot lillypads. They had a class covered dome.

That movie at the bottom of the Arch is amazing. Hard to believe the sixties are that far back.

And, not but least, what a tour they gave at AB! Still drink their beer because of that one afternoon.

I hope all is well with you. I'm teasing the heck out of GreenDeere about Toyota coming into the series. I only check the other board out once a month or so. Sure miss that John Deere car.

I can't think of the kid that drives the Alltel car right off. (big time driver. shows you how much I keep track of things) Remember when he was crashing the heck out of everybody five years ago. Winston and Busch. He was almost as bad as Kurt Busch backing up pit lane with three tires after a pit stop after he took over for Chad. (I still chuckle about that now and then) I remember you saying you had seen him at the local track and he was going to be big time. You nailed that one.

Re reading my message I came up with Ryan Newman. He did crash a lot of cars in Arca and all the other races learning how to drive.
