 State Sales Tax Returns
Most states have adopted the monthly filing of these taxes. They are due on the 20th of the following month. For the companies that are still allowed to file quarterly, the dates are as follows:

01/20 Sales Tax Return - fourth quarter
04/20 Sales Tax Return - first quarter
07/20 Sales Tax Return - second quarter
10/20 Sales Tax Return - third quarter
