Bio:
Aric can trace his lineage to the respected Thunderwolf clan that was known for their speed and ferocity in battle. From a young age Aric he was taught the way of the sword and the importance of honor by his warrior father, at the age 17 this young man has been on countless raids and battles…enough to last 10 life times, but this was the way it was on Fenris. Ironically it was not on the battlefield that he would meet his demise, rather it was on a sea voyage to find a new home when tragedy struck. The clan was braving the icy seas in search of a new home in the northern reaches of Fenris, the mist was heavy and Aric’s long ship was lost in the fog. Drifting for days they were attacked by a sea dragon and during the initial battle many of the men died fighting including Aric’s father and mother, seeing his family devoured by this creature….a beast stirred inside of Aric and he launched himself onto the dragon. Finally slaying the beast with his last breath, he thought he was going to meet his grave at the icy depths of the sea….but this was not to be.
Waking up from his near death slumber, he found himself alive and well in the halls of the Fang with a massive man in black armor standing in front of him, the stranger’s glowing eyes stared right through his soul. Flashing a smile that reveals his massive fangs the wolf priest says “I am Ulric, a wolfpriest of the space wolves…do not be afraid young Aric as you are among the wolves now.” Thus began his career as a space wolf, after his transformation into a full space marine, Aric spend the next few years learning the tricks of the trade serving in Ragnar Blackmane's Great company. Proving himself time and time again in the heat of battle and surviving his share of trials by fire, he has made quite a name for himself amongst his fellow bloodclaws . Decked out in his power armor, armed with a bolt pistol in one hand and his roaring chainsword in the other, this young wolf is ready to do battle in the far reaches of the galaxy in the name of russ.
Description:
Standing at roughly 7”5, Aric is tall, broad but very agile and surprisingly quick even by space wolf standards. His has long black hair which is tied back, blue grey eyes and considered handsome by Fenrisian standards.
Other than his Mk6 armor he always wears his massive wolf pelt which has followed him since the time of his blooding ritual, hanging around his neck is a wulfen tooth necklace which was a gift from his mother. He is never seen without his trusty bolt pistol and chainsword in hand, always alert and ready to launch into battle in a heartbeat.
He is friendly but rock solid in the heat of battle, his sense of honor and loyalty to his battle brothers is undoubted. His senses are keen, his agility and ferocity in combat surpasses even some of the most experienced members of his chapter and this has made some of the higher ranking wolves take notice of this young blood claw.
