Simms Leaving The IDF And Going Independent In case some of you haven't noticed . .. but Star has rejoined as CiC . . . and one of my simms, DS15 has left the IDF in protest and is now officially an independent simm. And so the IDF is losing several simmers and their current characters from DS15. I also have learned that the Conqueror has left the fleet as well to run as an independent simm. I support my CO's decision to take her simm out of the IDF . . . but nevertheless I'm staying aboard my other simm, SB10 to see how this all plays out. So I won't be falling off the face of the earth . . . metaphorically speaking and you will hear from me in the future. Lol. I guess my first ever simming character will be leaving the fleet . . . but I'll still be here in spirit.
I thought of including this as an update to my previous column, "Station Updates" - but since this *is* part of a larger issue than just personnel arriving on base I'll post it seperately. And so I'd just *love* to hear some comments about this.
I'm a bit more clear headed about this issue now. I only included my most recent character in my signature, I appologize. My character aboard DS15 is Lt. Leeta Gill, the CCO.
I'm sorry if I scared off some of you with my emoticon ... the anger one. I was a bit mixed up but I'm fine now. I believe that DS15 is and always will be a great simm.

Good for you for backing your CO and teammates. From what I read you have every right to be mad at how things went. You lost 2 great simms and two of the best Admirals this fleet ever had or probably ever will have and for what? Not a darn thing but for people not having any backbone then they should have!!!

I was talking to my XO from my simm (DS15) that's no longer in the fleet yesterday .... she heard about the recent news involving Star and we could only just shake our heads at it. Why didn't this happen sooner? Lol. What a shame, and it isn't our loss, but the fleet's loss.

I have several links, not only relating to the Conqueror, but other simms as well that have formed their own fleet. Since it was formed in October when DS15 and the USSC left, we only have 3 simms as of now. All have ex-IDF members.
