Alias:*You gain one of these if your a dark jedi, or a bounty hunter. Dark jedi are given a alias when they are ready for a darth name. Bounty hunter's can get one when they create there character.

Talent:*Something your character is exceptionally good at.
Appearance: * pictures say more than a thousand words, but if you don't have one use words.
-Skill- *you start with eighty that you can spread amongst the stat's below. No more than 10 can go to force sensitivity if your force sensitive. Non force sensitives also get a 10 extra points to spread so they can start with 90.
Strength:( How much punishment you can take, and how good you can defend)
Power:( How strong you are physically, meaning your able to beat people up, break things open, lift things...and people.)
Speed: (How agile and fast you are.)
Discipline: (how mentally intact you are, and how strong you are in the mind. Also force mind tricks are harder if you have a higher one of these.)
Intelligence:( Duh...)
Stamina:( How much in shape you are when ti comes to deadlocks, swiming, running, and just plain not getting tired.)
Luck:( against all odds...)
Force sensitivity:( May the force be with you...)
History: You don't have to start with a history, but you must keep it up with some events every now and again so we know what you have done recently. This also proves things about your character that you have done in developement.
Personality: (watch your attitude young man!)
Equipment: (Anything you happen to obtain that is important you put here.)
Vehicles: (anything from speeders to eclipse class star destroyers. Don't just put some huge ass death star if your not very impressive, as in if your skills are low, you aren't really reknowned, or you have no real way of obtaining the vehicle. Kepp it within the lines of reality. No soldier is going to have a sun crusher.
Theme song:( if this does not flow with the starwars scenario then it will be denied. This is not demanded)
