Short Sale Tip-Off
Here is a heads up for all people doing short sales. Join the mailing list at shortsaledeals.com and they will send you a monthly newsletter that will help you out a lot. I got Dec & Jan. They were good, you can even send them a question or story and they will publish it. The letter includes tips, strategies and other resources. It has more useful information than the traditional newsletters that we get. The free download is good too. Whatever happened to the Pre-foreclosure/Short Sale that was proposed? Please let me know. hey, all i want to know is if you have even seen that book before you go all over the place blasting people as a fraud.
Personally, I did buy it and i thought that it was very good. It did exactly what it promised, nothing big, nothing fancy just a 40 dollar book to teach you how to do a short sale and nothing else. It was a step by step system, and it was very easy to follow. Don't label people a fraud until you know the whole story.
