Kenshin padded through his dark, and dreary surroundings, quite away how cold it was. Although it was rather warm when you stepped out of the Farnight Forest, here, in the woods, it was dismally cold.
Kenshin heaved a heavy sigh, and continued onward. Although he should be appreciating the nice, cool feel here, he couldn't help but miss the sun. Yes, the sun. Not any sign of light was visible in the morbid forest, and he was wishing there was.
Kenshin frowned a little, but continued to wander through the thicket, wondering what he could ever find in such a place. So far, all he had found was a few acorns and saw a rabbit, but he wasn't fast enough to catch it. Luckily, Kenshin wasn't all that hungry.
Kenshin's head bobbed as he walked on at his slow, relaxed pace. He was in no hurry. He was dead bored, and he had no intention of doing anything today.Edited by: xxx kenshin xxx at: 4/30/04 2:45 pm
It was another day, full of a hazy sun, and sorrowful clouds which were at quite a distance away. The pack had awhile before things would cloud over, and burst the lands into who knows what. Saber kept his pace at a minimum, stride after stride bumping with a lazy after effect. There was nothing todo here. The lands, as he soon found out, were primarily for resting, and nothing else. It would be about time to move out because of that. Unless something really big happened.
Saber hated having boring afternoons like this, sunbasking and whatnot. It was every wolf's/hybrid's dream, but not his. He wanted to be in the middle of action, and so far, nothing had come his way that he could hope right in. Including the pack hunt. Besides himself, two other members joined, and again, nothing appeared to happen. It was dead the entire way. Unless Evane or another one of the pack members persuaded him to stay, he would be forced to leave behind everything he had gained, which, appearantly, wasn't much.
Yet, moving straight ahead, something in the air smelled unusual. Taking the scent in, he realized, another wolf. It would have been even better if it was a 'brid, but chances were slim of that. He was lucky he was even accepted for his quirks and overall appearence. He set himself at a trot, and then leveled that up to a run. Before he knew it, he had reached the object. And, from the looks of it, it was the Delta. A position he had been so many times already
Let's have some fun with this. Who cares if he crys to Evane? I'm outta here anyways.

Kenshin continued on his short walk, still noit hurrying at the least. Nothing to do, nothing to do... Kenshin nearly drifted off to sleep. What a lazy day it was. Kenshin smiled and set off at a lazy lope. I should probably get some excercise... he thought to himself. Kenshin stretched his tired legs, quite ready for a nice nap.
Kenshin whipped his head 'round hearing something come up behind him. He saw nothing. Kenshin turned his body, so the thing-wolf- was in his line of vision. Kenshin nodded to the other wolf. "'Ello there." It was one of his pack. Kenshin peered down at the other wolf, and settled back on his haunches, shivering slightly as did so.
Kenshin could feel a small chill creeping up on them. Rather odd, really. Kenshin shook his head, but enjoyed the cool, damp air. It had warmed up a bit more, and now the cold was rather enjoyable in a strangly odd way.
