From Nascar.com "In addition: Shane Wilson, crew chief for the No. 77 Dodge driven by Brendan Gaughan, has been fined $10,000 and placed on probation until Dec. 31. He was found in violation of Section 12-4-A (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 12-4-Q (unapproved fuel cell container modification)."

I'm not one to advocate breaking the rules but it seems that in tis sport you have to be right on the edge and take every advatage you can. The question is whether the infraction was intentional or just a misread of the regs. Like I said, at least they're pushing the envelope a little. Ed
