Serbia?
Suppose, as normal, AH captures Serbia on turn one.

now.. in a subsequent turn, if UK or France captures Serbia - is it Russian territory? Page 12 of the rules seems to indicate so.

Not to stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but remind me again why Serbia is not just changed to being a Russian territory?

check out page 12 of the rulebook. The specifics to Serbia are desribed there quite clearly.

and thanks for clarifying Stimp. The situation in question happens so rarely I did not trust my judgement.

Serbia is for the Austrians
I hope this has nothing to do with our game, Pete. It took a lot of work to get Russia out of the game just to have Serbia become New Moscow.

lol... I wish, Jeff. in game 255 Denis has managed to sneak into both Bosnia and Thrace (though Bulgaria is Turkish)... so we've been battling over Serbia.
