See Me on TV!
Haven't seen anyone here in a while so I thought I would post this. I am going to be apearing on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno on May 18th in a segment they have that showcases stupid and useless talents. The show airs on Tuesday May 18th at 11:35 on NBC (time may very depending on location). Of course I will be making myself look like an idiot on national televistion so I thought that it fit in well with Monty Python .

Internet, dude! Jeg var mangen tid i asiacarrera.com chatroom og i knew another norwegian guy there. Plus, I speak about every language ever invented by anyone (well, eleven, it really depends on what you count as speaking a language).
Re: See Me on TV!
Well, as long as you know the French language well enough to understand that it's a deviation of the roman mother language (well, 95% is). There are 3 language groups in europe: roman, Germanic (not German!) and Slavic. you can form any language from those three groups. for instance, the 5% 'other' in French is germanic; Norsk is close to 100% Germanic.
There are some words in every language that are used only in that language. For instance, the dutch word 'fiets' (bicycle) or anything similar is only used in dutch, as far as i know.
I like to use models. I had a model as a girlfriend once but she seemed a bit simple to me. I then looked up 'model' in the dictionary and there was 'model: simplified representation of reality'.
ok... i stole that joke. But anyway, I like to use models to make things understandable. So many things have happened to the european languages that it's impossible to write them all down in one lifetime, but scaling it down to the absolute basics, you get the model I presented.

It's just something you know when you speak 12 languages (most up to a certain extent... I'm not able to understand, let alone speak one coherent sentence in polish, for instance. I'm lucky to catch a word every now and then).
