SIg and pic Guidelines(1) Make sure all perpics and sigs are within reasonable limits with and bytes. Sigs should be no larger than 400 pxls by 400 pxls and perpics should be no larger than about 60k
(2) Nothing pornagraphic or offensive will be allowed in pics or sigs
