Remember Styx
My buddy and I had a guys weekend- just watching tapes of our fav mets moments. It is amazing how much you can miss in the first viewing. While we were bbq-ing, he put on the new styx album. I didn't know they were still around, but he works at universal, so he always knows what is going on. Man- it was wild to hear them again- they still got it. It really took me back. In hs- babe was the ultimate slow song. I use to listen to come sail away over and over. It was awesome to hear them. Val

Did they really kick Dennis DeYoung out of the band? He got just a little too James Taylor / Phil Collins mushy towards the end of Styx's heyday...I'll take the Crystal Ball or Grand Illusion albums over just about anything that they did afterwards...
