Re: Remember Rob Stratton?
Stratton is Dave Kingman Jr. though. That's why he's not in the big leagues right now, everything is either a HR or a K. Colorado dealt him for Preston Wilson, so I guess that's a wash, except Wilson can play defense. The scouting report says he's got a few holes in his swing, but personally, I don't buy it!
Avg. AB H HR RBI K

The guy who does the Baseball America newsletter is a Met fan, so he's mesmerized by Stratton as well. If his HR's and K's don't make it into his report twice a week, something's very wrong....
Plus, who can forgive Albuquerque for taking away Springfield's beloved Isotopes?

Re: Remember Rob Stratton?
damn, thats a lot of K's in less than 300 at bats.
he would be on pace to eclipse well over 200 K's in a season.....and likely his K rate would increase vs major league pitching. homers are nice, but he needs a lot of improvement before he could sniff the majors.
