The Aun'o waited patiently in the briefing room for Shas'vre Nayld. After he had entered and he introduced himself and began with the briefing. "Shas'vre, Imperial garrisons on the world of Viera have been decimated by a Tyranid invasion. Rather than sending in an entire Hunter Cadre the council has decided that sending in one well-trained, well-hidden warrior will work better in this environment. The Tyranids devour any genetic material they come across, abrosbing it and using it to create new warriors. That is basically all we know, the Water caste researchers require samples to devise weapons that are better suited to destroying Tyranid targets".
The Ethereal brought up a tri-dee map of the planet. "A fast, light ship will slip by Imperial defenses and drop you onto the planet. You have 28 Vieran 'hours' or one full rotation of the planet to get the sample and return to the extraction site. There is much danger in this mission, Tyranids and Imperial guard still fight on this planet, but there is also so much good that will be brought by this. Do you accept?"

With a smile the Ethereal says "As soon as you are ready. Your stealth suit and ship have already been prepared Shas'vre. They are in docking bay 12, bay 4. An Air caste pilot, Koron Shamshir, is the pilot of the craft. He is already ready to go". The door opens, signalling the end of the briefing and closes behind you as you leave. The friendly halls of the colony base glow slightly from the power tubes running underneath them, effectivly providing illumination.
Having been here for a great deal of time, you easily navigate the halls until you reach the 12th docking bay. Walking down the aisle you find a gigantic door labeled with the Tau symbol for 4. The doors slide open as you near revealing the a shining black, small spacecraft. It's features are hardly noticable, but it seems very streamlined. A tall, lanky Air caste pilot leaning on the ship snaps to attention. "Good afternoon, Shas'vre. Are you ready to leave?" the pilot greets you, "Your armour and weapons are onboard the ship, you can prepare on the way there". A hatch opens in the seamless hull of the light spacecraft and Koron steps in.
