Kauyon walked out of the great hall and yawned. He had just spent another whole day training. "Man all this training is depressing. I either need to go on a mission or get really drunk and soon." He said with another yawn and walked down the street.
Your comm gives a warning bleep and starts talking, "Shas'ui Kauyon please report to briefing room number 4" the voice that can only belong to a Shas'el said. "For the Tau'va" he says before the comm goes quiet. The briefing rooms in the Shas halls are located on the second floor and are very hard to miss.

OOC: I always thought Tau'va meant 'The Greater Good'
IC: The door to the briefing room slids open silently and closes behind you just as quietly. The entire room is pitch black and without your helmet on it's hard to see anything. A large orb, about a meter in diameter starts glowing and the lights steadily grows till the sphere can be easily seen. From pole to pole and from the equator to the north pole and the south pole bands criss-cross the orb. Small letters hang around it marking things like weight, age, etc. The most prominent is the name, Viera.
"Viera had been attacked by the alien Tyranid. As you might know Tyranids are totally incable of being incorparated into the Tau'va and extremly dangerous to all lifeforms" the voice came from a seat just in the shadows. "A Tau operative, a Shas'vre by the name of Rel'eehw Nayld is trapped on the planet. His shuttle was destroyed after insertion and he is not aware of it. He expects extraction in a little under 24 hours, we need a small ship capable of holding 3 people, you, the pilot and the Shas'vre, to enter the planet and retrieve him. You were selected out of a pool of your peers because of career excellence and an outstanding dedication to the Tau'va"
"Do you have any questions about your assignment?" the voice, who must be a Shas'el at least to call Rel'eehw by name, asked.

OOC: Cool, doesn't matter that much though. Didn't they have the Tau word for spoon in back of the Codex? I wonder what spork (spoon/fork) is in Tau?

"As soon as you are ready. The spacecraft is already waiting in the fourth docking bay of the third hanger" the Shas'el said. (Since it takes a real time day for travel, post at Viera (Tau) then)
OOC: The Shas'vre being pinned isn't posting. I'll nudge him, but if not I'll just make it difficult for you too reach him and when he posst you two can find each other.

I just looked it up in the Tau Codex...your right
