Question on simultaneous game
Imp:

If, for example, Hydra attacks 'Madison Plaza' from 'Testing Grounds', and Wake attacks 'Testing Grounds' from 'Madison Plaza', how is this handled? Do the attacking forces bypass each other en route to their battles? Or might a die roll be in order to determine attacker and battleground?
