Pram walk for SOR mums!
Just to let you know, a group of mums from around the Thornlie, Gosnells areas get together at the community centre by the river and go for about a half hour walk along the river. We get there at about 9am for a 915 start and then have morning tea and a chat afterwards while the kids have a feed and a play. If anyone is interested in going along, feel free to rock up. We start again on the 4th Feb when the kids go back to school.

Is this the walk that is advertised in Cannington and Beckenham? Just curious as I know the Canning Council was organising a walking program in the area.
Depending on what days I have classes and when you guys walk I'd be really interested in coming along

I'm not sure...all I really know is that it's run by the city of gosnells and a friend of mine said she'd seen it advertised in the local comment news...other than that i'm not sure!! sorry i couldn't be more helpful!

Can you let me know the details when you all start doing your walking group again?
Im organising my classes on Monday so hopefully it'll be on a day that Im not at school

we start back this wednesday at the community centre in thornlie...i think it's on glennbrook ave but it's down by the canning river anyway...we meet around 900am and usually leave around 915 and go for a walk for about half an hour. it would be great if you could make it along...it's a lot of fun and it's great light exercise for all of us  i think it might even be on the city of gosnells web site..i'll check it out and let you know!!

and just to make you laugh terri, i had a look around the city of gosnells' web site and it didn't have anything about our pram walk but it had something on beckingham's walk...go figure!! but anyway it starts this wed (4th Feb) at 9am if you can make it...if not we might have to go some other time together when you are free!

Ive got classes all day Wednesday and my first one starts just after 10 am, I wouldnt have enough time to get Cody to daycare and myself to school  Oh well, maybe next year or when Im on holidays

I would really love to but Im too tired at nights. 2 nights of the week I dont get home till 6pm and Ive gotta cook tea, feed Cody, bath Cody get him off to bed, pack both of our bags, my lunch etc and get everything sorted out for the next morning. Then Ive gotta try and fit in study and homework, its my second day back and Ive already got homework 
Thanks for the offer though I might have to take you up on it when the school holidays roll around.
