Pony episodes? Anyone?
I have MLP episodes that were taped for me when I was really little. They are complete with 80's commercials (too many different ones to list! Though I know there are a lot of Jem adds and some MLP) and since they were aired as My Little Pony and Friends I also have episodes of Glowfriends and Potato Head Kids! The Episodes I have are:
- Rescue at Midnight Castle (aka firefly's adventure)
- Escape from Catrina
- Fugitive Flowers
- Magic Coins
- Crunch the Rock Dog
I just found a way to make copies of it and as long as you have tracking on your VCR they are in pretty good condition (I haven't seen any other MLP cartoons so I can't compare the quality, but I am a very picky person and I think they are great!). There is an issue with one of the Potato Head Kids cartoons (yeah, this tape has been through a lot), but thankfully none of the MLP episodes were harmed. Sound is great as well as picture. I'm going to double check the copies to make sure they are ok too.
I also have the same deal with Rainbow Brite
Before I get too serious about this I'm wondering if anyone is interested. I'm willing to sell or trade (don't worry, I wouldn't ask something outrageous for them). Once I found out if someone actually wants this I'll figure out a cost as well as update my want list.
Let me know if you are interested!

I'd be interested but I don't have a VCR at the mo And would it come out in the US/Canada band thingee? what ever that is that makes em not play in Our machines

Aw, wingsong. Yeah, I'm from Canada so I guess you might not be able to view it. If it makes you feel any better I'm thinking of getting a video card that will allow me to put it in my computer and burn them on cd. That wont be until much later and it's not a for sure thing yet. (video card costs about $500 ) If I do that I'll be buying the entire mlp series and burning them on cd. That way everyone can have them (and they wont degrade )

Would you need a video card to watch them? how does that work? I would bee keen on that If you don't need one. I have a CD burning and would probably trade a music CD for I have tonnes of CD's. I am to poor to pay for them thou
Re: Pony episodes? Anyone?
sorry wingsong. That must have been confusing. What I meant is that every computer has a video card, but the one I need that would allow me to put them in my computer would cost $500. I would have to upgrade the one I already have to something capable of video input. To watch them you'd only need a program like realplayer, etc, which I would include on the cd.
I have a cd burner too and a really fast connection so I really wouldn't need a music cd. I'm not sure what I would ask for them since I'm not able to do it yet. Probably trade for some ponies. Maybe something inexpensive like $25 (covers shipping). It all depends on the quality of them. They wouldn't really be going anywhere so if you needed to you can take all the time you need to come up with enough money. I'm not really picky in that respect.

Yeah it does help but unfortunately $25 is like way too much for me If converted it would cost me a little more than $50 So I guess I will have to pass
Re: Pony episodes? Anyone?
Aw, don't worry hun. I haven't even started on them (and i'm no where close to) so that price isn't fixed I was just speculating. I am from Canada so I understand the terrible conversion Don't worry, I'm absolutely sure we can work something out.
