The People of Terra Firma, demanding equal rights of men in a free society, demanding the rights given to men by their creator, the Lord God, hereby petition the government of the Federation of Alteria, for a hearing regarding the status of the Free and Sovreign State of Terra Firma.
There will be no government without due representation.

This petition is of course completely without any legitimacy because Mr Dussault is not one of the people of Terra Firma and we don't know if god made the people of Terra Firma or not. Please disregard this ANC.

I have to object as well. Terra Firma has a few citizens. But Mr Dussault is not one of them. And the treaty bringing us into allliance was enacted legally.
