Perpetually sore?
Hey,

I have a question about working out and feeling sore. It seems as though I have ceased to experience any more soreness. I don't know if that is good thing - some people say this is because my body is getting stronger and more efficient.

Or, does this mean I have hit a plateau and need to do something differently.

Now, if I want results, am I expected to feel sore all the time? I am scared of increasing the intensity of my workouts because I fear getting injured ... but I do want results.

Thanks for listening to my ramble :)

Re: Perpetually sore?
Just try switching up your excercises a bit...one little change can make a huge difference when you are hitting a plateau. There's no need to go heavier, you could even try super setting some excercises as well.

Good luck:)
