I tried to reply in the small business forum, but it would not let me. Too bad. Anyhow, I belive your dates are incorrect for filing the 941. We just got our 941 in the mail, & the deadline is 10/31/2000.
The dates may vary depending on the size of the business, but I think for most small business, there is a month to file after the end of the quarter.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. You are quite right about the dates being incorrect. You do have one month to file these tax reports. It's strange, I thought that I had double checked each forum for accuracy. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
