Below are the tax returns that are required to be filed for your company payroll and their filing dates!

01/31 Payroll Tax (4th qtr) form 941
01/31 Payroll Tax Recap form 940
04/30 Payroll Tax (1st qtr) form 941
07/31 Payroll Tax (2nd qtr) form 941
10/31 Payroll Tax (3rd qtr) form 941

All above returns [b] [u]must[/u][/b] be postmarked or electronically filed by midnight on the above dates.
