 Partnership C Corporations and Sub Chapter S !!!

Partnership and Sub Chapter S corporations are usually on a December 31st year end. You have until March 15th to file Federal Tax Returms for these entities.

If you have applied and received permission from the Internal Revenue Service to elect another month as a year end, your federal tax return is due on the 15th of the following third month.
