PLEASE ADVICE ON NUMBERS
Hello all, this is my first post, and I'm very excited about this very supportive board!
Darrin created my diet in January (post the birth of my baby). I have had really great success to date, and I've also been weight training (ONLY) 3 days/week with a recommended trainer.
To date, I've lost roughly 34 lbs, and I'm down to 27% bf. Great! But more to go!
I've redone my numbers given my loss, and I'm having trouble trying to determine how to reduce my calories for cnt'd weight loss.
Here is what I have so far:
1966 calories req'd/day to maintain
132 grams protein, 255 grams of carbs, 45.8 grams of fat
but now, how do I reduce according to the amount of weight I'm trying to lose/week (2-3 lbs)?
