PERSONAL BEST....YIPEE!!!!!
Its nothing major but i'm SOOOOOOOO excited and pleased with myself (I'm strutting my stuff as I type..... )
Chest press has slacked so much the last few months, with my ridiculous eating habits and poor nutrition, so since doing the anabolic diet my strength has been creeping back up.
So last night, I trained chest, flat bench......PERSONAL BEST EVER! I manage 5 reps at 145lbs
As I'm always bitching about my bench I got a round of applause from the guys training in the free weights area

SHEEES Power Girl is on da board I do not do bench press...my shoulder is too screwed up for pressing movements But long time ago I think I could press like 100lb max!!!! You go chickie-star
