PBA Cancelled
I have ceased development of PlayBoy Advance, yes PLAYBOY ADVANCE IS DEAD!

I have found copies of PlayBoy Advance packaged with commercial roms such as F-Zero and Mario Advance. This is going to get me killed by Nintendo in a heartbeat because if a Nintendo representative finds this, all they see is a folder called "free roms" with their commercial games in it, they don't care how they got there, I am busted. I'm sorry it has come to this, but i'm too young to have my ass pounded in jail.

I don't appreciate these lamers ruining my life, they have no respect for me or anybody and i'm sorry to have everybody else suffer because of this.

Why do you need to cancel it?f

1. You're not even the one who is distibuting the ROM's for one thing,

2. Playboy Advance doesn't even play those commercial games as of version d10 (does it?).

3. The least you can do is release the version you are running on yout computer right now so we can play the Yoshi Demo.

4. Look at this link: www.emuhq.com/emulators/gba.htm

It advertises right there that iGBA plays commercial games. Why is it a bad thing that Playboy Advanced is being advertised with commercial games when you aren't the one doing it? Mail Nintendo and state the website you found commercial games on, telling them that your emulator is strictly for use of those who wish to use demos or create demos for GBA to get devs interested. Tell them you wish to abolish the use of commercial games on your emulator and that you would appreciate their help in shutting that site down.

If you are serious about cancelling the game, I would be glad to take over the devolopment, and the concenquenses that would go with it...

First of all, PBA is no longer cancelled.

Second of all, I do need a bit of help with emulation of sound...so...if you want, you can email me at nick@squirrelsw.com and I can set you up with all the needed info to code the sound portion. I won't be releasing the code as it uses proprietory code from Squirrel Software.
