Owner financing deal
I have a rental property in Tarrant that I would like to sell with either owner financing or a lease option.
The property has two units. The main unit is a 3 bedroom 1 bath with a laundry room, living room and eat-in-kitchen. It is currently rented Section 8 at $600/month for the past two years to the same lady.
The second unit is a small concrete block 1 bedroom 1 bath with a separate drive way from the alley. It is currently vacant, but is ready to rent, and was rented for $400 for about a year.
All the utilities are on separate meters except the water, which I pay, and runs about $90/month.
There is also a concrete block storage building in the back yard as well.
A total possible income of $1050 per month.
I would take $4000 down with $650/month from an investor. Purchase price is $62,000.
