Order positions...
Dark lord-Has complete authority over sith matters and affairs. Has say in any topic as well as final judgement. Must have a potential marker to become one of these.

Has a say in all matters concerning the sth affairs and dealings, but does not have final say and must bring all topics before the other lord, as well as the dark lord. One can only become a sith lord by being recognized by the dark lord. If there is no dark lord, then the three positions are fought for.
