Kenshin wrinkled his nose at the odd smell. He swiveled his head round, trying to see what was there, but had to shift from foot to foot to see better. Kenshin closed his eyes, and this time stared out at the world through his one blind eye. He reached in to his magic, and stretched it out, feeling for any sign of water, ice, or snow nearby. As he brought his magic back in, he noticed an odd sense to his right. It was to the west. Quite far in fact, but he sensed something.
Kenshin yanked his magic back, pulling with all his might, then jogged off to the right. After about five minutes, he saw something. Sure enough, something was there. It was a pile of dead fish. Kenshin licked his lips greedily, staring at them. There was something not right about them. Why would there be a pile of dead fish lying on the ground, and not a river in sight? Kenshin reached out with his magic once again, and travelled North. As he travelled on, he realized that something was blocking the river. A dam.
Kenshin let out a sigh of relief, reining his magic back in. It was only the beavers, building a lodge. He walked closer to the pile of fish and poked at one with his nose. Assured it was safe, he gobbled a fish down whole, the first meal he had in two days. He took a step back to survey the fish. He guessed there were about ten or fifteen fish there... give or take a few.
Kenshin cocked his head, trying to figure out what to do with the fish. Tipping back his head, he let out a piercing howl, hoping for it to be answered by calls of those in his pack.

Aline was traveling though her new pack lands. She was new to these areas. She was given the rank of Iota. A smile grew on her white colored muzzle. She than started to pant, her tounge was hanging out on the right side. Aline than sat down looking at the new lands she was on. Oh what beautiful lands. I cannot wait until... I have no clue until whenever that "until" happens. Aline thought to herself. She than started to giggle at her little stupidness she just did. Aline wasn't a stupid wolfess at all, just a young female wolf that loved to make friends and play. She was a very smart wolf indeed she was, but she just didn't show it she likes to surpise others. That was her idea for whenever she meets someone new. Yet she doesn't do it to everyone only ones that seemed like the ones she wouldn't like.
Aline than padded on toward a nearby river. She than saw a wolf nearby it. Hearing him howl for others to come and join him dine. She looked right next to him, seeing the river was going down a little, she than saw some fish. Aline padded up to the male. She sniffed his scent, he carried the scent of the pack and rank of Delta. She didn't need to bother trying to get lower than him, he was older and taller than herself. "Hello," Aline said in a kind voice, "My name is Aline, I am Iota of this pack. And you are?" Aline asked to male curiously.
She than sat down nd smiled, she was no longer panting. Instead her eyes traveled over to the pile of fish for awhile and than back to the male. Than seeing that one of his eyes were whtie she couldn't hold it in any longer. "I didn't noticed until now..." Aline quitely said to the wolf infornt of her, "I didn't notice that you were blind or I don't know if you are... But you know what I mean?" Aline asked the male with concern looking at him.

Kenshin sneezed, regretting at taking a deep breath. He stared hatedly at the fish, only to sneeze again. Thankfully, not on the fish. Kenshin pushed all the fish farther away from where the river would have been. Kenshin padded over closer to the river and stretched his magic once again up the dam, breaking it completely, then reeled his magic back in, watching as the water came tumbling past the trees. Kenshin walked back to the fish, enjoying the and watched as many more fish floated past in the river.
Kenshin swiveled his ears and stared out into the woods with his one good eye, wondering if any pack members had come. One did, in fact. It was a little she-wolf. Well, small that is compared to Kenshin, who was in fact very large. Kenshin caught her scent in the breeze, and relaxed a bit realized she was in his pack.
Kenshin looked down at the little wolf, and blinked when he realized she was talking to him. Hello. My name is Aline, I am Iota of this pack. And you are? He could hear the kindness in her voice. Kenshin gave her one of his biggest grins and flicked at a leaf, contemptly. I didn't noticed until now... I didn't notice that you were blind or I don't know if you are... But you know what I mean? Kenshin grinned at this. He knew he'd get many more remarks of this sort, having been on the island for a while and finally wandering and finding a pack. All the wolves he had met on the way, had been exactly like her. He was used to it.
Kenshin sat back on his haunches and smiled kindly once more at the other wolf, as if to say, it's okay. "If you are wondering how I lost my eye, as I presume you are, I was shot by hunters, not completely going blind, just losing a bit of my vision. I always lost quite a bit of my left ear." He grinned again at this. "I blacked out and they took me aboard. We were nearing this island, headed for some place I've never even heard of- India I believe- when there was a terrible storm, and the boat was caught in many large icebergs. As the boat was sinking, part of the main mast broke off, and a large sliver got stuck in my eye, and some more over-sized splinters gave me some pretty good scars. The boat sank, and I lived. The only reason I survived at sea was that I was able to call the power of ice to me- and i rode ashore on a tiny piece of ice. I wandered for a while and came upon this pack." He grinned once more. "I would say the end, but my story isn't over yet, is it? Oh, and my name is Kenshin. Delta." He looked back at the fish, noticing that one was slippiong back into the water. Kenshin dove for the fish, and grabbed it, carrying it back to Aline. "Have a fish. Have two fishes. There's plenty!" He grinned largely again, trying not to wince as one of his scars pained him.

Aline looked at the male wolf. Seeing that he was kind enough to tell her his story. I feel as I should repay him, I believe I should tell him about my past too... There was one thing she didn't understand, was the word "hunters", she was curious if he was talking about wolves, but she didn't have clue. But yet she didn't care of not knowing, she believed it was best for her not to know it was his past after all.
The white female than looked as the wolf offered her a fish. She nodded, "Thank you for your kindness, Kenshin. It was real kind of you to tell me about your past. Not everyone would tell other about their past. Yet I have nothing to hide eithier, if you would like I could tell you my past for we won't have to be so silent during this meal..." Aline offered to the male, Kenshin. She than smiled at him. Hoping that he would say yes, for her past wasn't a bad one it was in fact exciting in a slight way. Yet sad as well, not fully but by little it was.

Yet I have nothing to hide either, if you would like I could tell you my past for we won't have to be so silent during this meal... Kenshin thought about this. After being in silence, he practicallt craved to speak, to hear others speak and to even have a friend. He didn't want her speak about her past if what as bad as his, worse, or if it pained her to speak of it. Well, she is offering, so it must not be that bad... he reasoned.
Kenshin took another two fish, one for himself and one for the other wolf. He tossed one to Aline and gobbled his down, tossing the bones into the river. "Ah, it's not like i'll die of hunger becuase I told you my past." He grinned. One of his favourite quotes. "Sure... that would be good..." He nodded to her, catching the femme's eyes for a moment, before blinking. Kenshin waited, wanting to hear her story.

The young wolfess took a bite out of her second fish. She than looked up at the wolf. He is very kind indeed... She thought to her self. She than sighed, she was just about to tell this wolf of her past. Almost every wolf in her old pack knew about that her life was as pure as the moon.
"Well, I was born in a litter of two. I was the youngest, my brother, Uliaz was the oldest. My mother and father died when I was mere half a year old. Than when I was one year old my older brother was killed by our alpha, because of the fact my brother was over protected of me and the alpha wanted me as his mate. So he killed Uliaz... I than ran away and was a loner for... a year and a half I'd say." She than looked at the male.
In Aline's eyes her life wasn't as bad as those around her. She didn't care what happened, only that her family died, that was the only thing that mattered to her. She loved them so very much, she knew that the alpha was carzy, him wanting a young wolfess that was a teenager as a mate. She wanted to throw up at that thought, but she just kept on eating waiting for Kenshin to reply or bring up a topic.

Kenshin smiled at the other wolf, knoiwing how hard it was in fact to lose yur loved ones. Kenshin's mother abandoned him and his siblings when he was three monthes old, leaving them to their crazed father. When his father, the pack alpha, was killed by a large grizzly bear, the pack scattered and many died. Kenshin and his two younger sisters journeyed for a ways before his youngest sister drowned crossing a river. Kenshin's younger sister disapeared during the night, and all that was left of was a pile of bones and blood. A short while after he lost both his sisters, the hunters found him, and you know the rest. It was not a pretty past, and the worst part was that he saw many die before his eyes- his father and younger sister, and the faithful puppysitter of his old pack.
Kenshin looked back to the other wolf and listened patiently. "That's terrible... such an alpha doesn't even the title of omega!" He was disgusted that sokmething like that could happen. "And should that alpha still be living, I wish him the worst of luck, for he deserves it!" Kenshin was about to take another fish, but decided against it. "Where could we put these fish... We can hide them somewhere and eat them tomorrow," he muttered to himself. Kenshin looked at the other wolf with his good eye. "So, how long have you been in the pack?"
Aline watched as Kenshin was thinking to himself. Aline didn't know what he was thinking, but she understood the territory's rules on reading others minds' she couldn't read them, and she could till that this wolf didn't have the power she did...
She than lifted up her head quickly when she heard him talk to her. Listening to the anger in his voice, than muttering to himself. She didn't bother to answer, for she didn't know if he was talking to her or himself. Although she was real close to answering to him. "Well, this is my first day in this pack. And what about you?" Aline asked the male as she answered his question, thn she waited for him to reply.

Kenshin tilted his head to get a better view of the fish, still trying to decide what exactly he could do with them. Ah, I'll find a something... either another pack member will come or... well, I'll figure something out. It's not that important... Kenshin yawned once, flexed his muscles and flicked a fish over for him and one for the other wolf.
Well, this is my first day in this pack. And what about you? Kenshin grinned, muching on his fish slowly. "Same here- today's my first day too." He stared out at the surroundings with his one eye, trying to figure out where he was. "You wouldn't happen to know where we would be, would you?" He looked the other way, but nothing seemed familiar. Even where he was sitting seemed different... he stared up at the sky, trying to see the stars, but instead he found the sun. The sun was starting to come out of hiding, which meant he had been here all night. He grinned. Eating all night. How he'd love to do that every night!
Kenshin glanced back at the other wolf, his gaze finally settling 'pon her muzzle. Such a small one indeed, especially when there was Kenshin towering over her little form. Kenshin had never seen such a small wolf! He grinned and looked back to the trees breifly, before finishing his fish.

Aline looked at the male wolf, Kenshin. Aline had never heard of a name like that [oocly yea, Sonsa (Zonza, Sonza, etc)!!!!] before, not once in her life. It was a different name than the ones she heard, as in Night, or Storm, Starz, and other such names. She than looked at the male once again. "Same here, it is my first day too... Than once again the silence came. Than the male asked her if she knew where they were.
"All I know is that we are near the mutal lands, on our pack lands. Subtle Remorse lands. It is a beautiful day is it not? The sun is just about to set though, that is sad yes indeed... But the night is a fun part of the day too..." Aline than looked at the male, He is so tall... Aline thought to herself. I cannot wait until I am older, than I will almost be just as tall as he is... Aline than thought to herself an idea. It was crazy yes, but it was worth a try. She was full, yes she was [Kenshin^.^], but she wanted to play have fun explore the lands...
"Delta, Kenshin... Do you want to wander the lands with me? We both are new to these lands, but I want to know every bit of it. Will you join me?" Aline asked the timber colored male that sat in fornt of her. She than waited for his reply.

XD actually the sun is rising... it was night (my fav time to RP) when i first started this thread... time went by... its morning ^^
And uh... I have a thing about constantly cracking jokes around some of my moms friends who are all very short XD i might be doing that a lot in these few posts lol

Kenshin poked at the fish bones, still a bit hungry. I'll save the rest... He thought, looking towards the fish. Kenshin got u, stretching his sore legs and padded over to the pile of fish. He grabbed a few in his massive jaws and brought them farther from the river, not wanting for them to fall in and get swept away. Kenshin finally decided on putting them under a small shrub, before gathering the rest of the fish.
Satisfied with his work, Kenshin turned back to the other wolf, to listen to what she was saying. Kenshin sat dow, wondering how much longer they'd stay here. He soon found out. Delta, Kenshin... Do you want to wander the lands with me? We both are new to these lands, but I want to know every bit of it. Will you join me? Kenshin looked to the femme. She had much more hidden benath that little scruff of fur. She had brains. "Sounds good- I'd hate to get lost in my own pack territory... I can't stand not knowing where I am..." Kenshin got up and surveyed his surroundings, quite grateful there was another wolf here- no matter how small she was.
