Not Guilty
Jackson-Not Guilty on all 10 accounts (or something like that).
Personaly,I dont know where I stand. If he was guilty, then this sucks...he deserved to be punished, and beat...and castrated. But if he really was innocent, then oh well. It was just some vendetta to get money.
Whats your opinions on it?
Personaly I dont like the guy. Anyone who isnt comfortable with theirself has some issues they need to work out imo. You'll never see me smearing shoeshine on my skin and changing my name to Jaquanda-Reece.
Me personally, I can't help but think that not ALL of the accusations made are BS. The guy already settled out of court once before and obviously didn't learn from the experience since he still sleeps with little boys.
To me, if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck there's a damn good possibility it's a duck.

Re: Not Guilty
I agree with Steve. I'm not saying he did it, but with all these different people saying he did, and he keeps sleeping with little boys in his bed, something's wrong.
He's a celebrity so I had a strong feeling he wouldn't be found guilty, even if he did it. The only charge I thought had a chance of sticking was giving alcohol to minors. "Jesus juice", I think he called it.

Re: Not Guilty
I cant stand his music. Maybe its just my odd ear. But really,Its not that i dont like it because i dont like him,i dont like it because i just dont like it. Its not my thing. And impo,it sucks.
Quote:A lot of the jurors, I believe, thought he was guilty but the prosecution just didn't do a good enough job of proving their case.
A few of the people they put on the stand to testify against MJ changed their story too. Told prosecuters one thing, then praised him when it was their time to lower the boom.
Back in the day, he had some great music. These days, it's not for me. But his musicial career should not be taken into account when on trail for something like this.

Re: Not Guilty
I have a weird opinion of all this. From what I've seen he's never said (or anyone has ever said that I recall) that he slept in the same bed as these people. It was like a big sleep-over and he was either on the floor or a cot. And I believe in the idea of innocent til proven guilty. Just because someone say's he's done it doesn't mean he really has. The guy is a weirdo and has a different perspective on living. He was sheltered and abused as a kid himself, and he's never really grown up. Do I believe he may have done something? I don't know. I have seen no evidence. Only what the media has put out there, and they found him guilty before he was even arrested. Bottom line... I wouldn't let my kid sleep with him, but I wouldn't let my kid sleep with Mike either. Is he a molester too? I dunno... maybe, but that's beside the point.
Innocent til PROVEN guilty.

yeah, you best be runnin' away! Using me as an example...
j/k, I get your point.
I think he did say he slept in the same bed with kids (maybe not those ones).. Before this trial, there was an interview that he did where he proudly said it. Something like "....there's nothing more loving than inviting a child into your bed to sleep with you". I can't remember the exact words, but it gave me chills.
You're right, he should be innocent until proven guilty, but I just wanna see a celebrity hang for once.
OJ, off the hook. Wasn't there DNA evidence? It was so long ago, I don't remember.
Martha Stewart... Innocent of the crime, but guilty of covering it up... WTH!? How does THAT work???
That one taught me crime does not pay, but white collar crime does.
Then there was that actor who was accused of killing someone (wife, I think). I don't remember who it was, and I didn't follow that, but I've heard the case against him was supposed to be a slam-dunk... He walked.

Yea that was Robert Blake. His wife Bonnie Lee Bakely was killed in their car after he parked it at night behind a trash dumpster, leaving windows down and doors unlocked while he walked back the resteraunt to get his gun that he carried becouse he was SO afraid for her life. that is why the car was hidden an the windows an shit open He even had blood and gunpowder on his hands....proof that he propositioned people to kill her....and yes, he WALKED

Re: Not Guilty
Personally, I think Jackson is a complete waste of life. I would have loved to have seen him go to prison and then get knifed a year later. Am I evil? Possibly. But I stand by my conviction that he's one sick fuck.
As for Blake... First, the body, which had a massive headwound that was bleeding everywhere, was sprawled onto the driver seat. Blake said he thought she was sleeping. So he moved a body with extreme cranial trauma and blood everywhere and thought she was asleep? Bullshit.
Second, when asked why he didn't immediately call for help because she had several cell phones on her person, Blake said he didn't know how to use a cell phone...despite he himself had one. With lots of calls on it's bill. BULLSHIT.
The whole thing was complete and utter bullshit. He changed his story time after time and he walked. What the fuck?
Bollocks to them all.
