 New to Board
Just wanted to say hello. I've spoken with several of you in the past who were most helpful. My friend and I have started an LLC and are working Birmingham and Huntsville. Looking to network with like-minded investors. Always looking for private lending sources - short term.

Anyone interested in starting an Investor Club in Huntsville with me?

 New to board
My husband & I are new to the investment arena. We're in the learning curve phase of things right now. We're hoping to begin acquiring properties sometime by the end of the year (we have LOT of irons in the fire right now!).

We are always looking for likeminded people to get together with. We live near Birmingham. If you'd ever like to get together & discuss plans, strategies or whatever, let us know.

We just bought Cash Flow 101, 202 & Cash Flow for Kids if anyone would like to get together sometime to play it!
