Interesting. I love the character of General Grievous, and I love writing about him. I have been brainstorming ideas lately for a new story about that him. I don`t care he died on ROTS. The story will, of course, take place during the time of the Clone Wars, about a year and a half after the events of "The Silent Threat". All of the main characters will be back including General Grievous ( ) , thet MagnaGuard Vode, the Gran Mawz Dakko, the human Asajj Ventress and the elite Battle Droid, BD-17. I will also give Count Dooku a larger role. I will give you a little preview. Grievous returns to his homeworld, the planet Kalee. When he arrives he finds that his people have suffered ever since the Jedi aided their enemies, the insectile Huk, before Grievous became a cyborg. The situation of his people and an encounter with a relative he once thought dead, spark something within Grievous. He casts off who he is now, the deadly and cold-blooded general who kills Jedi for sport, to become, once again the honorable Kaleesh general he once was.

I, of course, am going to continue the Rift Saga, but I do have a new Idea floating around in the back of my mind.
If you've ever read the short Story colection Tales of the Bounty Hunters, you know about IG-88's dastardly galactic domination plans, and that he was able to inflitrate the DS ll's central core before the Battle of Endor. Of course, he was destroyed by Lando and Wedge along with the rest of the station before he could take over the superweapon. But, what if the DS ll had survived?

My next star wars fanscript story will be an original one set in the post-TPM era. It'll be about a group of thieves who travel the galaxy in search of great treasures, artifacts, or plain ole cold, hard, credits.
I may even turn it into a series of scripts that I'd one day like to turn into a fanfilm(s). I call my the first story "Orzo The 3rd And The Jewel Of Fina", which will showcase Jango Fett as Orzo's adversary.

Hehehe, yeah I wanted to pick out a name that wasn't familiar, yet it could be perfectly befitting of the character. But you really have to thank KOTOR's name generation option because I didn't come up with the name myself
And the whole "the 3rd" title is directly inspired by the anime "Lupin the 3rd" if you didn't know that already.
I know that Orzo and his merry band of crooks consist of one twi'lek girl, one besalisk guy (Dexter Jettster's species), and a HK assassin droid that's...female

Mine too. So you can pretty much guess that all of the main characters, sans Jango Fett, are inspired by the characters in that anime. "Inspired" but not direct copies. And yeah I'll also have an inspector following their trail wherever they go.
No one really. I just wanted an excuse to create a female HK droid and I figured this was the best possibility. I could put some of Goemon's honor based precepts into her. I'll see how it goes.

I've been thinking of a new fanfic idea, and what better place to announce it than this thread?
I've decided to write a fanfic based on the character, Captain Typho. I plan to write about him before, during, and after the events of the prequel trilogy. As for the the OT era...well, we'll see what happens.
In preparation of writing this story I'm going to play Star Wars: Battle For Naboo on PC. I feel that playing that game should help me to come up with some good ideas for Typho's adventures in which he ultimately lost his eye.
I'll definitely be posting the story here first, then on fanfiction.net and theforce.net's fanfiction forums. The story is probably going to be very long. Just how long, well, I don't know yet. We'll find out when we get there.
