Naval Coexistance Rules Question
The rules clearly say that a faction must be the sole occupier of a seazone (excluding submerged subs) in order to land troops amphibiously at the end of CR. I wanted to clarify that this does also apply to NCM loading and unloading of troops. For example, a faction may not move ships into a seazone containing another faction's naval vessels (excluding submerged subs) and then load troops and move out, or unload troops to a friendly land territory, or any variation thereof in NCM. I wanted to be sure that is correct.

TIA

Re: Naval Coexistance Rules Question
Ha, I never liked the idea of naval coexistence. You should play without it, at least once.
