National league losing it's best players
Ever since I became a Mets fan I have prefered the NL over the AL, I know some people say that there is not much difference between leagus any more but still I just love the National League, when Sunday night Baseball on ESPN has NL teams I will watch, I can honestly say that the ony time I watch AL teams are when the Bosox play the yanks and then only if Pedro is pitching, and of course I watch them in the WS, I am really pissed at all the great players that have joined the AL from the ranks of the NL this off season, look at the names...Shilling, Sheffield, Javy Lopez,Vazquez, and it looks like Vlad will end up in the AL and probably Pudge aswell, maybe I am over reacting but it seems to me that the NL lost alot of players and gained very little in return....
Currently it is not too a great difference between the leagues. But I noticed also this trend. The NL should watch that she doesn't lose in the future too much attractiveness.
Re: National league losing it's best players
This is very true, Schilling SHeff Lopez, and if vlad goes the NL will have taken a big blow this offseason. As far as losing its attractiveness, that'll never happen!
Re: National league losing it's best players
very good point... but as PhillipsAssassin points out, the NL will never lose its attraction as it is what baseball really should be - none of that DH crap.
A broken heart is scared of breaking again...

While the NL may be losing its players, I think that it still holds the most history rich teams which will always keep fans. Among them being the: Giants, Dodgers, Cardinals, Cubs, Mets, and Braves.
