My training program.
Jog in place for 5 mins
Stretching for the upper and lower body for 5-10 mins
Pushups 3 sets of 20
Forarms 3 sets up and down with a weight on a rope
pullups 3 sets of 5-10
Crunches 3 sets of 30
Running or starionary bike for 30 mins plus.
I weigh 180 lbs and that is what i have been doing the past 4 days and now im wanting to know how many days of the week i should do this? And is there anything i should add to this?
Also is deer jerky a good snack to have often? my dad has been making a bunch and didnt know how good it was for you.

Also what do u think about pump x i thought there might be somthin on here so i searched it but came up with nothing.

First make sure that working your forearms do not cause you to get arm pump, if you start to experience arm pump stop the exercise. also pull ups can be an issue if not done correctly.
If you are running 30 minutes then you will need to ride the stationary cycle for 1.5 hours to get the same benefit.

Should i take any days off during to week for a break or should i go 7 days a week?
