Muscle Endurance
i searched the forum and could not find a list of muscle endurance exercises the only one i am really familar with is push ups, sit ups, and squats. i was wondering what are some other exercises that i should add in to my routine

Muscle endurance exercises can be "body weight" exercises or basically any exercise that you use light weight with higher reps. Starting with 15 to 20 then progressing to say 30 seconds to 1 minute of any exercise.
