 Mountain Brook Inn
Hi, everyone! I live off Hwy 280 & drive that way at least once a week from Inverness up to Homewood.

Recently I noticed the Mountain Brook Inn sitting there empty & forlorn with the parking lot fenced off.

I did a quick search on the web & didn't really find anything out about why or even when it closed. Does anybody have any insight?

Curiosity is killing this cat!

From what I have heard, they weren't doing sufficient business to keep the doors open. I believe Southpace Properties bought it. Last I heard they had no plans for the property. Maybe that got it at a steal which justified buying it with no plan of action.
