I dunno. We can put it to vote...or if a bunch of people post here asking for a second character...Other than that the rules would have to be that your first and second characters can never be in a 'fighting topic' (ie, war) together, but can talk to each other outside of those circumstances. Also your second character must be a different 'race'. So SM players cannot have another loyal marine and the Tau players cannot have another Tau, but the SM players could have a human character (as in a Imperial Guardsman). I'll put up a poll in the polls thread.
