Monthly contests!!

Any member of the board is eligible and all you have to do is post on the board and keep everyone talking:) The more posts the better that way you are sure to get our attention:)

And as for the prizes, we haven't decided yet...could be anything from gift certificates, to supplements, to clothing to customized diets and so on. It'll definately be worth it:) :) :)
