Re: Mik'e Journal.....
Looks like you are in for a MAJOR DETOX Buddy..LOL I bet after a few weeks you will love the plain food Man I can't wait for the morning porridge made out of oats, whey protein and some berries...phew I am drooling already
Re: Mik'e Journal.....
Well, I guess it's time to get serious......I just got my diet plan from Darrin. This is a very detailed plan!! And seems at first glance to be very easy to follow and understand.
Time to go to the store and jump on my new road to being healthy!!
Thanks so far Darrin......
It's what you learn AFTER you know it all that counts!
The lifestyle change is very easy to implement....give yourself a few days to detox from pizza and beer and you'll be full of energy and on your way to being shredded!!
diet
I think the hardest part of this diet is cooking everything?!?
I started with 3lbs. of chicken and I went throught that in no time. I guess I just gotta get it figured out......Seems like I'm always cooking WHICH would be great if it was a BIG JUICY CHEESEBURGER!!!!!
Can I cook a lot of rice and refridge/freeze it also?
Re: diet
Hey Mike..how are you doing??? Haven't checked in a while and just wondering what's going on..are ya still training hardcore and stick'n to the diet? Are you noticing changes yet..we are all curious
No secret mission or anything......Just work.....I've been working a lot of overtime since my wife is in nursing school so I don't have a lot of time for much of anything.
I'm still training hardcore AND still on the diet AND still taking all my supplements. I did have a few food items in the diet I didn't like much and Darrin got me fixxed up in a Jiffy so that was cool! I've been cooking less but More stuff when I cook so I'm getting that part figured out.
I HAVE seen a difference.....For one I'm losing weight, not a lot yet, but I'm losing, and I can see it in my face OR to be more specific my fat double chin is going away! Also my Man boobs are getting smaller I feel and look better in my clothes......tighter and my stomach is not all bloated looking. I'm on my way but it's only been 6 days since I started totally on the diet because I had a few problems finding some things I needed. I would say I'm pretty happy so far with what's going on with my body, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.......All I could see before was a box of Krispy Creme Donuts!!
Well, sorry to not check in more........What do I need to write in a journal? I've never kept a journal???
It's what you learn AFTER you know it all that counts!
Re: diet
You Rock!! Keep up the great job with the diet So glad to hear everything is going well and you are getting used to the food. How is your wife handling the lifestyle change? Is she eating similar food? The first week is always the hardest-but now you seem to be on track and now its smooth sail'n to being ripped and saying goodbye to your "man boobs"..lol..you kill me...lol
As for your journal...write anything you want--regarding workouts, feelings, cravings, cheats (although you may get a lot of us on your case with that..lol), but anything goes
