MEETING FORMAT MEMORANDUM As we discussed at our last meeting, the Collective will be hosting TWO monthly meetings IN GAME. These will take place on the FIRST and THIRD Sunday of Each Month. The first meeting will be the STRATEGIC MEETING for the Collective. This will consist of the Collective Sect Leaders and their War Commander. This is the list of representatives for strategic meetings: TEMPLE OF MONDAIN Lord Mordain Duran BREGAN D'AERTH Jabbuk Caleb Mistina Longcoat COVEN OF THE SECRET SHADOW Ariyana Sune Avalon or Demeithriel LAST ORDER OF THE ATALAN Emperor Tenebrous Amadeus Radagast We will discuss and propose the War Aims and strategic objectives for the Collective at said meetings. The second meeting will be our general discussion which is for ALL MEMEBERS of the Collective. The Collective Leaders should use this oppourtunity to ask their members about ideas they wish to propose. This will allow the member floor time to propose new ideas and proposals. I am a fervent believer that the Collective is larger than the GM's who commonly speak. We must allow the voices of those who faithfully serve their sect to be heard. As a matter of order, the meeting will allow 2 5-minute slots PER guild, thus our GENERAL MEETINGS will not overrun 1 hour. Who wants to be the High Council for 2.5 hours? Ok that was low and I am better than that.... ...NO I'M NOT!!!! >  I ask that all the GM's DECIDE which topics they wish to BOOK for the GENERAL MEETINGS with me and I will post them here. Ultimately, it is the respective GUILD GM who decides which proposals will be heard by thier guild. If 4 ToM go to Mordain and say "OMG OMG I have a great Idea...Mord must decide which 2 will be heard. The exception to this rule being that if time is YEILDED by another sect, it can be awareded to another Guild. I.E., Ari's guild has 3 great ideas and BDA has one. Caleb can YEILD his time if he so decides. I invite all thoughts on this, and welcome all suggestions you may have. - Tenebrous
