Locust Fork
Hi, How many of you might be interested in a 3/2 in Locust Fork for about $70,000? I believe that it could be sold for about $89,900 and it is in fairly good condition. Needs slight clean up, and a mirror in the bathroom, but is in otherwise good shape. I calculated about $2500 for repairs and yard work and small paint and just basic cleaning like mopping and vacuming to be on the high side. I can hook you up with a good yard work crew who will do the job for cheap too. Has a nice lot - about 3/4 to 1 acre - and is in a decent neighbor hood. A few trailers, but 95% are in good shape and have clean yards. It appraised for $89,000 about 2 years ago.
