These shows have bodybuilding both male and female...(various weight and age categories) womens figure, and womens fitness There are guest posers at these shows which is VERY entertaining....they do a music and light show while posing..oh ya THEY ARE PROS!! There are booths set up ranging from protein samples (shakes,bars..and some have clothing booths too!) If you have thought for more then 1 second about going to a show you MUST GO...you can meet some very nice , knowledgable and sincere people at these shows. She blew everyone off the stage. I was SOOOOOO proud of her all day. Her dedication to diet and training as well as practicing her posing paid off BIG TIME. It was really nice to see Lori Ann and Darrin again, and I'd like to give special congratulations to their client Kelly Kuus....great job everyone....Kelly has an amazing physique and will be a force to be reckoned with this season. Other figure competitors will have to be extra sharp if they compete against her. I'm hoping we can get a photo shoot in with Kelly before her next comp. Rick
