Since Lori-Ann was nice enough to let everyone know when my last birthday was I think that it is only fair that I do the same
Lori-Ann will be turning 29 years OLD on Tuesday the 28th! It seems like only yesterday when I met this skinny 23 year old blonde, how far she has come...

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes I had a great day yesterday..woke up to presents from D, only worked for an hour, went to the gym then D treated me to dinner at one of our favourite restaurants. Dinner was good but I ate waaaaaaaaaaaay too much and feel like a cow today but thats ok, it was worth every dirty bite.
Rena, i'm doing well, thanks for asking..i'm enjoying not dieting hard and being able to enjoy myself. I don't have any confirmed plans regarding future competitions, that decision is on the backburner till after christmas

lol..ya my day just isn't complete without a trip to the gym!! We had a whole week of birthday eating so I kinda had to go to burn off a couple bites of cake...lol..
