Right now, its being published quarterly and its FREE FREE FREE in select locations--primarily health food stores and gyms world wide. The next one will be out in the summer months. Keep check'n back here for the release date

Yes, i believe it is in NZ and Australia--I'll confirm that and let you all know. There are two editions--Canadian and International. Darrin is involved with both.

LA,Darrin thanx so much for sending me the magazine...even thou you were both hectic with your comp prep, you still found the time to post it to me It is fantastic magazine and I got couple of good tips from there+ I love shrimps so it was primo to see Darrin's recipe...Once again than you so much you two You are da best
