In Solitude
Her long red eyelashes tickling the soft skin below her closed eyes, Loki stood her legs shoulder width apart and her hands meeting together above her head. While she hadn't been willing to participate in what had seemed like a group training session, she would never neglect the opportunity to indulge in solitude.
Bring her warn hands down in front of her chest she exhaled and opened her eyes. Immediately the room rushed back at her, like a car speeding down a freeway out of control. The Power Chamber was considerably darker than it had been earlier that day, lit only by a splattering of candles.
Shaking the sudden "re-earthing" off with a flourish of her limbs, she walked casually towards the end of the hall. Flexibility, agility and speed were the keys to her style, all of which she had to practice to maintain. Clad in a restrictive long white skirt and a tight white singlet, Loki figured that if she could do the tumbling run in her outfit she could it in anything.
She took a few powerful strides forward before throwing herself into a round off, she pushed violently off the floor and sprang into a backwards handspring, followed by a full back sault. Landing lightly she immediately conjoured a blue flame and flung it at the opposite wall.
The blue flame that Loki had flung, was now hurtling towards Eclipse.
He had come back to the power chamber after everyone left to stand invisibly against the wall and spy on any private training that he suspected one or more of his counterparts would engage in.
THe first person to do such a thing did not surprise him, Loki had left the rest of the group while they were weighing the power chamber out.
Eclipse let him self become visible, with a smirk on his face he extended an arm out to the left of his chest and brought it swiping slowly to the right and across his chest. The flame suddenly seemed to slide against something and curved to Eclipse's right and then continued hurtling towards the wall in its direction now.
It was one of the many tricks eclipse had been working on in privacy, manipulating the wind to make it solid and use it as wepon, shield, or as his hands, that was one he got down a long time ago.
His empty gray eyes inspected Loki now as she stood there. "So very beautiful.." he said crudly.

Loki's lip curled towards the ceiling in anger, as the flame was .diverted from its path by an unwelcome audience. Questions of which the answer she had no idea flooded into her mind. How long had he been here? Had he seen her warm up? How could she be so stupid?
Tucking a stray strand of red hair back into her piggy braids, she adjusted her stance and flung her hands to her sides. She wanted to be alone to not have to show them anything, and yet Eclipse had wondered in.
"What are you doing here?" She snarled, contorting her face, until all beauty faded

Eclipse scowled playfully, knowing perfectly well that Loki was not in the mood. "Come now, no need to make such an ugly face dear." his voice was smooth and teasing. Loki would hate it.
Why did he want to anger her so much? Why wouldnt he just leave her be? Deep inside he wanted to, but the evil was getting revenge for the night it had alloud Eclipse his true mind for the night.
"I was simply waiting for one of you 5 to enter and try and train in privacy. You know make sure no one else has an upper hand on us dear. Why whats the matter honey?" he asked snidly, still leaning against the wall.

Loki clenched her eyes shut and pursed her lips. She wanted nothing more than to dive at him, use her freshly filed fingernails to carve a hole in his throat, watching the blood gush down her forearms, and tear out his larynx. How dare he patronise her.
"What's the matter?" Loki arched her eyebrows, bitting down on her lips viciously as she shook her head in disbelief. "Whats the matter?" she repeated airily.
"How dare you, how dare you hide in the corners and study me like some sort of lab rat," She screamed, her face suddenly burning red, and her fist trembling by her side.

Eclipse simply kept smirking as she showed her anger. Exactly the responce he'd wanted for some reason. He continued his non-chalaunt leaning against the wall, now inspecting his nails, picking some dirt from underneath one of them.
"Oh come now love! I wasnt standing here to study you! Why would i wast my time?" he was now going to anger her by acting as though she was no threat. Yes she'd boil over at this.
"I was hiding in the corners to study a true enemy. One of the other four. I ask again, why on earth would i waste my time spying on you? If i wanted to do that dont you think i would have stayed invisible?" he asked still making her seem like nothing.

Loki's heart palpitated with such anger she thought it would burst from her skin and her lips quivered as if she was trying to form words that just wouldn't flow from her mouth. He was mocking her. Her weakness, her flaws, he thought she was insignificant in the scheme of things, well he'd soon learn different.
"Maybe because you know I could take off your head," she threatened, her mouth forming the delicious words with cold precision unlike moments before. She glared at him with her menacing eyes, trying to beat down his fercious words.
"...and mount it on my bedroom mantle without a thought for you."

Eclipse now stood on his own feet, no longer leaning against the wall. He loved the fact that Loki was undboubtedly trying to force away his words.
He made a kissing face at her. "You'd try to do so, so that you'd be able to look at my beatuifull face every night and you know it." he continued to patronize her.
Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a rubber band, and proceeded to tie his shock white hair back into a pony tail. He then took off his upper shirt leaving only his black muscle shirt.
"Come then dear, try and taker your mantle peice." he spat the words at her in dissgust.

Trying desperately to calm herself down, Loki ran her tongue across her teeth which such force she was amazed she didn't tear it to shreds. His taunting, yet calm tone was certainly getting the better of her, she couldn't exhale anything but steam. Steam that escaped from her boiling blood.
Loki narrowed her eyes at Eclipses mocking kiss and began to grind her teeth. She was about to explode, yet something about this seemed slightly familiar. Like she would be doing the same thing in his place. "Your face will be anything but beautiful when I get through with you," she hissed.
A devious grin spread across Loki's tormented and angry face. "I thought you didn't hit girls," she pouted.

Eclipse stood there in no sort of stance what so ever, simply letting his hands hang at his sides, and grinned wide as he took in all of her frustration.
"Oh dear no, im not going to hit you." said now in a mock shocked tone of voice.
"I simply want you to come get your mantle peice, now come." he locked eyes with her now, daring her to come and get his head if that was what she trully wanted. Come my love, come see what i can do.... he thought to himself still grinning evily

Loki narrowed her eyes at him, thinking a little bit more clearly than before. There was something behind those cold grey eyes something that she knew could only mean trouble. But she couldn't listen to him any longer, she could not let him get away with the taunts and the sneering. She would have his head, one way or another.
"Oh I will, best be saying your parting words my love" she cooed gently, completely ultering her tone of voice. Her eyes flicked around the dark room, there were no trees to aid her in here, nothing she could really use to her advantage.
She moved towards him, steping cauciously on the woodern floor. Raising her hands to her face, standing ready. "Oh you know theres nothing more that you want than to bloody this face." she cooed before snapping a ferociously quick side kick at his throat.
Eclipse's eyes had stayed locked onto her Loki's body the entire time. He ignored her words for the most part, knowing her all to well, she'd try and surprise him with her speed...it wouldnt work not this time.
Then it happened she thrust a kick at his throught, and just when her leg was about to strike his throught his eyes glowed their bright shining white, which signaled the use of his powers.
Any movment in the room by a solid object was now at a total halt. Loki's leg stayed extended out inches from his throught.
Eclipse smiled, his eyes still glowing. It was one of his new traps. He had succeeded in turning all air and wind around him entirly solid! The objects were held snugly inplace by the solidness of the air around them, like they were incased in a lifesize lamination.
Eclipse on the other hand could still manipulate the air around him and could walk freely, while all else stood seemingly frozen in time, but it wasnt time he'd frozen by doing this, by doing this he'd frozen action.
HE knew he couldnt hold this for very long, it was very draining on him, but he would toy with Loki more before he left.
"And the Venus Fly trap devours the fly..." he whispered softly into her ear, as he now stood next to her body entraped in the solid air around her.
two minutes and i 'll not hve the power to do this any longer
Re: In Solitude BANG! Without warning Loki's leg had suddenly and painfully halted just inches from its target. She tried to bring it back into position but it would not move. It was if she was trapped. A faint gasp escaped her open lips, before panic began to eat at her.
what is going on, she asked herself her eyes moving rapidly around in their sockets. Then he moved. Moved like a cunning snake ready to strike at its prey for the last and deadly time. She could feel his breath against her ear as taunted her with his powers even though she could not see him.
"Let me go," she replied, speaking each word as if it was its own sentence, her tone trembling with anger. "and I will devour you from the inside."

Eclipse smiled deviously, he was loving seeing her this way. Helpless, under his controll, the way she never was when he was his normal self.
"You must realize im doing this for us." he continued to whisper, his mouth centimeters from her ear. He knew as long as he didnt touch her she couldnt move.
"I'm simply showing you, you have chosen the right aly(allie? Ally? i dunno the spelling )." he lied, knowing that in their evil state she didnt trully trust him.
Then he leaned forward and softly kissed the crook of her neck, as his lips touched her skin, her leg came falling to the floor. And in that instant eclipse backed away, again she was stuck.
"G'night love, have a good training session." he called over his shoulder as he moved to the power chamber doors, he closed his eyes, and then all movement resumed.

An involuntary shiver of repulsion ran through Loki's small frame as Eclipse's tantalizing lips nipped her soft skin. Revulsion at the thought he could do this to her, that she was forced to stand helplessly as he spoke, as he kissed and if he wanted to, he could raise any instrument of death and plunge it into her defenseless exposed body.
With the touch of his lips her leg fell from the air hurtling back down to the earth uncontrolled. For a moment she didn't realise what was happening. He'd freed her. She tried to propel an elbow into his side, but his lips had already left and once more she was stuck. "You're doing this as much for me, as in killing you I would do for you," she snarled. "So let me down so I can give you the pleasure of dying at the hands of your ally."
The instant she felt herself freed from her solid confines she turned to his retreating back, and conjured an blue flame hurling it at him so it skimmed so the its icy coldness could be felt as it past his ear and ignited the door in his path.

Eclipse smiled as he felt the tingling of temperature go by his head, he couldnt tell if it was cold or hot but he knew it was one of the two.
He turned slowly as the doors were now a blaze. "What is it now dear?" he asked sighing deeply and rolling his empty gray eyes.

"To bestow upon you a grace that no other can," she hissed. "Or didn't you hear me the first time?" Her aggression so deeply embedded Loki couldn't stop. He'd done so much to anger her, played her down, forced her into insignificance, and then made her helpless. Nothing in this world would ever anger her more.
The air was filled with the snarl of tearing fabric, as Loki ripped from the hem of her skirt to her hip. With anger boiling over, she was ready to fight, no more did her skirt restrict her, no more did she allow his words to cloud her mind. The only thing left was an overwhelming desire to see his blood spurt from his chest.
"Or are you too wrapped up in your angelic ways," she cooed beckoning him to advance with her curling eyes.

Eclipse didnt even move, he simply stood where he was, staring back at her. So violent, so bold, so brave, these were the reasons he found her so intreguing.
But he was not going to give in, she wanted him to attack, she wanted him to try and hurt her. IT wouldnt happen, his true self would fight the urge to do so, and his evil mind knew that he needed her in the long run.
So he stood there silent, not moving, staring into her eyes, his limbs ready to react to any sudden attack...

Frustrated by Eclipse's lack of vigor towards her suggestion, Loki shock her head. "Useless," she muttered darkly and turned from him leaving him with one last piercing glare. "You can't even take what you want," she sighed, and padded gracefully towards the far end of the hall, untangling her braids as she went. Letting her long red hair hang in crinkles down her back.
If he wasn't willing to advance with her on the ready, maybe the opportunity to catch her unaware would entice him. Maybe just maybe.

So he'd done it, he'd achieved his goal. Loki's shoulders dropped, she felt exploited in a way she'd never been before. Closing her eyes briefly she took in a deep breath. How could this happen to her again, how could this happen at his hands. A small hand tucked some wild hair in place behind her ear.
"You want so much more than that," she laughed slyly as she turned around, a devious yet alluring grin dancing across her pale face. She didn't know exactly what she meant, from their dreams of power, to the other night, there were so many possibilities.
