 Important Things To Know...
Alright, nothing works without some form of order for things to run, and this board is no exception... Below are some guidelines for you to remember...
1. Anonymity - While this board is private to a certain degree, anyone can have access to the board if invited. We'll have all kinds of people here, from students to 9-5ers and maybe even a bum or two. Point is, this board has no restrictions in what you say, so please, keep the identity of those you know to yourself. Generally speaking, keep to the nicknames. For example, everyone here knows me as Sylverphyre, Sylver, or Syl for short. I bitch about anything and everything, and if people knew who I was, I'd make a lot of enemies fast, and might even get fired from a job some day if my boss finds out I've been bitching about him/her here on this board. Hope you all understand. However, at the end of the day, it's up to you I guess. If you can accept people knowing who you are, go ahead.
2. Open Minded - On this board, people are bound to get into conflicts, especially on the Bitchin' Board. Thing is, you need to keep an open mind about things, and just remember that if someone says something you don't like, you have it in your power to reply in turn. So please, don't push it unless you know you can take it.
3. Profanity - This one kind of ties in with the second point, but I've put it as separately as to define it further. There are no damn restrictions on language here, people. Swear as much as you fucking want. If you feel uncomfortable with such vulgar language, then my best advice is to not frequent this board. This board represents the need of freedom of speech, and I want to keep it that way.
