I'm Opening a Gym!!!
I haven't official announced it yet, so I am now My bf and I are opening our first gym!
Free Form Fitness will be opening Aug 1st in Kanata (Ottawa) at 4043 Carling Ave beside Local Heroes. We have a very original line-up of brand new Atlantis equipment and Startrac Cardio all located in a very clean and new environment with friendly staff
We specialize in results driven personal training and nutrition counseling. We don't offer classes that do not much other than make you sweat, our motto is;
"Train Smarter, not Harder!"
Our Grand Opening party will be Sept 2nd and I'm inviting you all to join if you can make it out!

we are on track! There are a millon details left to be worked out but it's going well.
We got all of our Brand New Atlantis equipment in yesterday as well as all our new Startrac cardio, wow it was like Xmas!
We chose a very unique line up of equipment, we can't wait to get the plates soon so we can workout with it all! We have a very unique ab machine, 2 unique chest presses (flat and incline), a Poliquin rack instead of a normal squat rack, and the cardio is all very unique, not that I'll use it lol.
